Avoiding social engineering, promoting cyber security: Thomas Schlienger as speaker at the 17th Schlossgeflüster in the Schlosshof.
Learn more about how to promote information security awareness in corporate culture first hand from the security awareness expert, Dr. Thomas Schlienger. Enjoy a good dinner and use the time afterwards for exchange and networking with Dr. Schlienger and other participants.

Cyberthreats exist for any business whose business relies on IT and connected communications. When it comes to countering threats, awareness and the secure conduct of employees play an ever-greater role. But management also needs to play an increasingly active role to ensure that the behavior demanded of employees is also viable within the company.

The next Schlossgeflüster shines a light on critical principles, concepts and success tactics for understanding, measuring and changing security behavior and maintaining a security-conscious corporate culture. In doing so, we point out where research and practice is currently focused and why certain approaches work and others do not. We cover various aspects and recommendations that are relevant to anyone who cares about cybersecurity in enterprises, such as company owners, CIOs, CISOs, security specialists and security awareness managers.
